Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message (required), and the name of your company or organisation if you choose to provide it. Without the required fields we cannot reply to you.

If you write to us by email, we receive the information contained in your email.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information, which is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss or prepare a possible engagement. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical data processed by the host is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who receives your data

Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms and forwarded to our business mailbox. Our hosting and form provider is Netlify, Inc. (United States), which acts as our processor. Your data is not shared with any other third party, unless we are required to do so by law.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States. According to Netlify's data processing agreement, such transfers take place on the basis of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Netlify is certified, with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months after our last exchange, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the related correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party media. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to lana@ingrainpartners.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
